Seriously, why? How hard is it to cook the chips the extra minute so they're actually properly cooked? Oh, you were rushed and had a lot of customers? Yeah, who would've expected customers coming to KFC and ordering chips? No way to predict that one. And not like you can just cook them and put them in a heat tray and then serve them up as they're ordered or anything.
