There's no evidence of speeding, in fact it's already been contradicted by an eyewitness. The 75mph limit is more than enough for a tyre blowout to destroy a Lambo, and even if they were going beyond that to overtake, does anyone who's ever actually driven a car consider that reckless driving? It was a straight section of road with 2 lanes and little traffic, there was no reason to believe going over the speed limit to overtake was inherently dangerous provided your car doesn't experience a sudden catastrophic defect. If you're in a rented vehicle you just have to hope and assume the hire place has done its due diligence on the safety of the car.
