Either he isn't good at training or his recruiting can't get him anyone trainable, either way he has been at it a long time with very little success. I guess his stable is just going to cease to be when he turns 65, its pretty much too late for him to recruit anyone who could make it to the top ranks and retire before he turns 65 himself. That shouldn't help his ability to recruit talent.
