No unless immigration is reduced. We are currently importing the population of Canberra every 3 months. There's simply not enough houses to meet that kind of demand even with the boomers dying off. Boomers only live in one of the multiple houses they own and in many cases the investment properties they own will simply be inherited by their children (or the bank) who will become the new landlords.
