I didn't grow up in MA but I live here now and go there every time my team plays the Patriots
The stadium isn't actually very nice amenities-wise. It's a bitch to get to-it's not in the city and the route there is off a major high way with one lane in, one lane out.
That being said, it's a good atmosphere when the Pats are good, like all north east teams, and is a great home-field advantage with the shit weather and asshole fans
All in all, yes, it's soulful
