What the fuck do the olympics have to do with anything? It's an all-star team that convenes once every four years and mostly plays against grossly overmatched competition.
Yeah, if you give Embiid LeBron, Curry, Anthony Davis, Jrue Holiday, Kevin Durant and Anthiny Edwards as teammates he'll manage to (barely) beat a Serbain national team with two NBA players on it. So fucking what? Winning a gold for team USA is like graduating from high school with a 2.5 GPA. It's good that you didn't fail but all it means is that you did what you were supposed to do.
