What are you asking, how many of the formerly communist eastern bloc countries which are now NATO members were overthrown by America? That doesn’t make sense. None of them.
Ukraine had that orange revolution which was supported and probably (definitely) orchestrated by the Americans but they aren’t and weren’t in NATO
