2023 is when Mahomes finally tied Brady's rings so for the first time in history you could argue there's a QB who has better stats AND more Superbowl MVPs than the goat. They could dismiss you with rings before, they can't now.

I don't compare him to Brady. I simply say he has the best start. It's them that bring up Brady to stay relevant. Brady wasn't even top-10 in terms of stats in his 20s, Mahomes is competing with Peyton and Marino who actually put up good stats in their 20s.

I'm the only one talking about my Chiefs on /nfl/, you guys just focus on the time I praise Mahomes. I critique all players equally. You never heard me say anything bad about Chris Jones, Tyreek, or Butker since they haven't been a problem. Once Kelce started struggling I gave him some minor critisim (I mostly blamed the GM for not adding good WRs so he's being double teamed).
As for Mahomes, he's immune from critism. He's 1st place in EVERYTHING at his position. Meaning for every QB to play this position nobody had more playoff wins or MVPs. And seeing how Brady didn't win a 4th ring until age 37, he doesn't really have to do anything for a while to keep the tile of best start.
