I have seen them essentially claim this before, saying that Forest's fans didn't get crushed and so Liverpool fans were clearly victimised.
It's a blatant fact that far more Liverpool fans than could've had tickets were outside the grounds and were pushing their way in but this gets rubbished as a far-right conspiracy theory.
