Someone with more time than me should show what the ladder would look like if each peem played each other once. Just need to do an adjustment for double games by dividing the total margin by 2. For example: In Round 3, Manly beat Canberra 40-12 (28 margin). In round 23, Canberra beat Manly 28-12 (16 margin). So Manly ahead by 12, so we count the double as a win for Manly by 6. Same for double wins, Round 2 Souths beat St George 25-24 (1 point) and round 25 Souths beat St George 40-0 (40 points). Total is Souths by 41 so counts as a Souths win by 20.5 - round up or down if you feel necessary.
