I don't even like the Hawks but I disagree. They're a pretty young team outside from a couple outliers. Will Day is only 24 and if they can get close to a full season out of him they're instantly a better team. Lewis probably in the same bracket and just entering what should be his prime as a key forward. Their mids and forward line are full of young players that will almost certainly improve over the next few years. Jack Gunston the only guy you would say is due to retire soon and he just had an AA year.
