No, he's a free agent they can't trade him anywhere he doesn't want to go and according to Twomey it's Eagles or stay at the Lions for Starcevich now. I'd like to keep him but if he wants to go to the Eagles he should be able to go. It isn't fair that a team's ability to be compensated under the system rules is temporarily changed for the benefit of one team though.
