its not the worst idea in a ten team league with only 1 flex spot, since basically every team will have good depth at wr/rb the qb/te helps set you apart.
if theres 2 flex, or more than 2 wr/rb, or 12+ teams its pretty stupid though. too many viable QBs you can get super late or for free, last year I got baker for free on waivers after week 1 and he outperformed almost everyone for example. its the same with TE, unless you have a bowers or prime kelce its not worth an investment and the elite guys are too expensive to be worth it.
if youre going to take an elite te or qb you REALLY should just pick one at the very least. taking both really fucks your depth and upside.
