If a third party paid her to entrap him, as long as they're not officially affiliated with the university, the school is off the hook. In that situation Tucker could potentially sue her and the third party and even the school might be able to sue that third party for reputational loss and the cost of running the hiring process for his replacement.
Neither will happen as no one involved is going to admit they set him up, if that is what happened, which it probably isn't. He's just a dumb jogger who couldn't control his impulses and might have seen her status as winning on the highest difficulty setting.
