I say let them go bankrupt, Barcelona included, maybe that way we can get people to buy the important clubs and inject some money on teams that aren't the same old ones.

And why do you think that is? Because with strict FFP small clubs (or what's more, medium sized clubs) can't take the gamble of making a competitive squad with competitive players that could pay itself after a good season qualifying to European comps or even winning a trophy.
You complain about them becoming feeder clubs to Barcelona and Madrid but they are already feeder clubs to other leagues out of desperation, just look at Getafe or Sevilla
