I don't know it works in UK, but as far as France is concerned, on the FFF Website, you have the national database of every single clubs without any exception, even the pros, every single team (rather be 1st, 2nd, 3rd... U19, U17, U15, F etc...) which competition they currently play, which division, their standings, and the contact number of the club and in some case the social medias of the clubs. It's 100% free and open to the public.
So this is usually how we, look for either a local club, a prestigious one we want to join and or pass tests, follow them, and their results or look for basic infos. In your case, since you're interested in the Racing, I got you the FFF page for the club and their current teams:

You can tell the club is still pretty big a'd legendary status in Ile de France, considering the huge amount of teams and sections.
And if you're an active licensed player to the federation like me, you get your own account to get more info, schedules and alerts about your current club.
