Half of this story is true, half of it is the typical tabloid level bullshit that comes from F1 media outlets.
What Red Bull were actually fined for was the crew member reentering the track after marshals had closed it.
The tabloid gossip is the "he was trying to remove poor Lando's special tape!!1" part, as there's zero evidence of this, no footage, and the tape was not tampered with.
But leave it to the British press to spin it in favor of Goblando and against Verstappen.
