I did that for skills yeah (while fudging the numbers because I have idea what the fuck Thunder God Manifestation A+ or Madness Enhancement EX actually does, thanks FGO), but I guess I should really do it for stats too. Second Tier A-rank strength is cutting mountains in half with physical strength... Is there any servant who even does that? The closest thing I can think of is Quetzalcoatl's nuke NP, which can "only" destroy a city.
