I think the mass cannon is going to be way more oppressive than any other cathayan build for sure. I'm not sure if I care about taking miao ying vs. two level 4 shugengans alongside those cannons. The shooting twice with ogres makes them strong even at 165 because it really limits the kind of units you'd normally pick on warmachines with.
