Batman vs ORT would run into the same problem as PHH vs ORT where ORT analyses opponents continuously and also can eat anything that isn’t immortal. As in, tech. As in, all the batarangs and ORT repellant that Batman tries to use to probe it or slow it down or whatever.
Batman didn’t do shit to Doomsday and ORT is ultimately a much, much worse Doomsday. For one thing, Doomsday can technically die under default conditions of reality. It’s just stupidly hard.
