When I make Sallie grunts, I usually dont give them much except sprinkle in a pauldron/helmet/scale bit amongst 2-3 grunts (Depends on the size of the squad) . sgts usually get the better treatment, scale, helmet, pauldron and if I'm feeling fancy a torch (whatever those things are called) on their powerpack. But remember, its YOUR dudes. Some anon isn't the boss of your gym.
