They act like this is always been like this, but they constantly make up new rules (and are incentivized to do so) all the time, thus creating new sins. It wasn't considered a sin for white voice actors to voice non-white characters, provided that it wasn't a racist cariacture. Now it is, and voice actors have to apologize for their past actions. No one can even attempt to explain what is actually wrong or what harm it could have potentially even done.

So how can they be sure that in 10 years there won't be completely new rules? Who dictates this? Because it just seems to be based on twitter consensus.
