I think the relationship between blacks and the Irish in the 1920s is surprisingly complex and full of moments of "maybe we aren't so different after all" but I'm assuming they did it like Arthur Morgan from Red Dead Redemption where he is an extremely evil man that might even beat a woman to death for money, but he would never stand for that woman making less money for her work than a man.
