I don't want to blame it solely on Gen Z but I do think the younger generation is definitely part of why nudity in mainstream movies is less common. I have noticed a sentiment amongst a certain amount of self proclaimed Gen Z aged media critics that "there should be a good reason for sex and nudity in your movie" or even "there's never a good reason for sex and nudity in your movie".
