Man when I was going through the golden years of life and the internet I never would have thought that the stage where people start to die off would be in our 30's and 40's but here we are. I had some majorly inaccurate preconceptions about the length and quality of life in general, it really is short. I figured if someone eats and lives unhealthy it means they die in their 60s, maybe 70. But definitely not in their 40s. The human body is clearly designed for life in the teens and 20s. Anything after that is just maintenance to stave off decay.
