Tiresome.
I've personally seen the good that Ronald McDonald House does for people in need. I knew a guy with a premature baby and his family lived there for months while his kid was in an incubator at the local hospital.
I'd never eat at Mcds but I do give to that charity because I believe in it after seeing it do good for people I know.
