I don't read Hebrew, Aramaic, or Greek myself, so I read several different versions and translations. Modern versions are based on a whole host of ancient and medieval sources, and they often footnote discrepancies between them. Differences between manuscripts are, for the most part, small and minor, and not theologically loaded as you might expect. If I want to study a passage more deeply or clarify a disagrement between translations, there is a variety of sources I use for that purpose, too, like commentaries or monographs, so that I can understand the merits of the different grammatical and textual decisions.
