No, he did not. That was the basis of Vondas' last ditch effort to salvage the relationship with Sobotka, that they would lean on the surviving witness to have him say Ziggy shot Glekas in self-defense, if Sobotka continued receiving the shipments. What they didn't know was Ziggy had already confessed to the murder so it wouldn't matter, he was going to jail no matter what and the offer was pointless.
