The embossed Goosebumps logo made these books 10x cooler than they already were. I'm now nearly 40 and still have a mild obsession with embossed logos.

My primary school best friend had this book, and I called him a poof. I didn't know what the word Poof meant, I just thought it was the piece of furniture you put your feet on.
That cover has always made me think it's for poofs.

Beast From the East and the Abominable Snowman Of Pasadena feel linked in my mind. Maybe the artwork feels similar, maybe they were released close together.
