Chisato only ever tried on Takina's boxers for a few moments both in the manga and anime. The translation is iffy, but the intent is Chisato is shocked over Takina wearing boxers which should be for boys while Takina is a girl. I'm not sure where your pic implies Chisato wears Takina's boxers...
