That's why I said low-functioning autist. Like someone who has been diagnosed with severe autism. Not someone who just doesn't like change and is socially awkward and obsessive about things, like someone who won't shower unless someone makes him do it at the same time every day and will have an actual tantrum if his video games aren't put back on the shelf in the same order every time.
