There's a small Temple questline there that rewards some pretty boss armor, and another misc one where you lay a ghost to rest, but, yeah, that's it. In the whole Telvanni-Indoril section of the map there is less to do than in one Hlaalu city. Even Akamora, which is supposed to be the Indoril capital, only has a couple of quests.
