Yes, only 2 are. Tiana definitely looks black in my opinion though. Vixen is debatable because the hair and nose are kind of ambiguous. I think if you're doing a black character then you need to have 3 of the following:
>dark skin
>curly hair
>broad/ flatter nose
>full lips
Anything else is optional but you probably need three of those
