There’s also other stuff which isn’t even classified as vitamins but are still important like sulfur (Found in eggs and garlic)
Sometimes what’s listed as a vitamin is not equivalent to what you’d get in food. For example the ‘vitamin C’ you’d get in a supplement bottle is vastly inferior to what you’d get in fruit.
It’s honestly a bit of a rabbit hole.

You also need to either excerise or donate blood to get the effects going throughout your cells.
