Might as well ask here: why has Ryse’s gold microtransactions been free since at least 2020? I’m just curious because I’ve never seen a company do that. Was that some kind of attempt at getting goodwill from the fans? Or was it some kind of fuck you to Microsoft by taking away their cut of any microtransactions related profits?
