Fair enough. Although I think whether Copy X would've ever just stopped is worthy of debate. Because in Z1, Copy X gives his reasons for the war. He claims his goal is to create a paradise for humans. Since he went hunting for Reploids, I'm assuming that there wasn't enough energy to go around therefore Reploids got the shit end of the stick. If Copy X got the Ciel System earlier maybe he holds to his word. There's still the awkward phase of "remember when I tried to kill you all?"
