Nintendo should be banned from our nation until they respect consumer rights. I bought it; it's my perogative to do what I want with it, therefore Nintendo has no right to brick my hardware. They're free to ban me from using their online services, but not free to render my hardware useless. I want to run linux/windows on my gaming devices, to use them as PCs. Furthermore, DRM needs to be removed; what's the point of owning a physical copy of a game if I don't actually own it because I need to connect to the internet to play my game?
