You played two of the worst 3D games for that kinda stuff. My recommendation is unironically to go in release order, - LOZ and AoL (to make them a bit friendlier, I 100% recommend the redux mods) are actually really fun games.
Otherwise, start at LTTP, then LA, OOT and MM. There's a reason why fans of that era despise the GC era. Basically, they moved from Miyamoto and Koizumi designing the main game, to Aonuma - who only did the dungeons in the N64 games. The dude isn't a fan of action games, but likes ""adventure games""
