They don't have to start adding new forms of content, they just need to start treating the game as a whole as an RPG and add some fucking replayabillity into the core gameplay loop in literally any way that the engine is capable of supporting, if they do that then they can stop worrying about creating dead-end content islands that "players" clears in a weeks time and then unsub because there is fuckall else to do other than grind so that small numbers become big numbers.
