Normalfags make up a small superfluous part of the workforce.
For anything important like heavy industry, big tech (upon whose servers the normalfag services run), finance, etc you need robust data networks and servers, most of which run on linux machines.
Phones don't even have a ethernet port. Anything that doesn't have a dedicated ethernet port cannot be used for real work.
