Does anyone know what staff like Koji is doing now post-FF16? When SE said that FF16 was built on a new unnamed in-house engine I've fully expected that whatever is the next major project from CS3 would be something (probably multiplayer) built within that new engine. On that front, is the dude from Capcom they poached even still working at SE, or did he leave after FF16?

I think an action RPG FF game with a job-class system is still an incredibly unexplored frontier. A dream game would be an FF flavored Dragon's Dogma clone but I doubt SE has the expertise to ever actually pull off something like that.
