I never say this. What I said is that because Steam is the store, it's their right to chose who they want to do business with and allowed to set the rule with their partner. The partner is free from choosing whether or not they want to accept the deal or not. Again, the devs want to work with Steam because it's the best flatform to sell their games but they are freely to use other store like Epic or GOG. Why should Steam do all the advertise for some other store to make money?
