>how do you cope with the first 7 books of your bible saying you exist only to serve the jews
It does talk about God assuring the Jews that they will have a strong nation with great rules that will be able to withstand the onslaught of Pagans and make it so they will have to "serve" them or just basically bow down and acknowledge God and His people, it's not directed in the way you're having it not specifically focusing on Jews as they are now, as in Judaism and the state of Israel.
Jews stopped being God's Chosen upon the death of Jesus at their own hands. God came to redeem His People, but they rejected Him, thus cursing them as a nation and people, scattering them throughout all the Earth and then making it so redemption and salvation, along with everything else that God promised the Jews back then when they used to be the "Chosen" ones to literally everyone else, not just them alone.
In fact, the Jews themselves as they are right now, as long as they reject Christ aren't His people anymore, and instead are sons and daughters of the Devil and ancestors of the Parishes who crucified Jesus.
You're hung up on things that used to be, which came to pass and now no longer hold the same idea as they did back then instead of focusing on what's current and present now and allowed to happen.
"Israel" as described in the Bible is not the state of Israel itself and instead refers to whole body of believers as a whole. "God's Chosen" are no longer the Jews as in, the actual race of them, but the Church, the believers in Christ. Through faith in Jesus, God will adopt you in His family, meaning you spiritually become Jewish since you're part of the same line Abraham is from, so you're Chosen.
You are specifically focusing on Jews as a race in current circumstances after they've already been cursed by God, removed from whatever position of prefer or authority they had and became children of Satan.
