Realistically? I don't have any qualms about who heals me if I'm literally unconscious and dying

but, they are already conveniently in the right order in terms of trustworthiness
Paladin > Druid > Wizard > Rogue
Paladin
>holy miracles, literally from the creator or a life-giving divine
>best case scenario, no downsides whatsoever
>worst case scenario, you will be beholden to, or changed by this holy intervention

Druid
>Nature magic, second closes to proper knowledge of life and spirit
>best case scenario, no downsides, or at worst itchiness due to rapid regeneration
>worst case scenario, her magic is heresy and demonic

Wizard
>Sorcery or witchcraft, powered by dark means or "reality hacking"
>best case scenario, she isn't going to be smug make you "owe" her for it
>worst case scenario, her dark arts, potions or sorcery aren't waterproof, and you come out changed, or your wounds aren't healed perfectly - if there is something lodged in your wounds, it'll probably stay there

Rogue
>first aid, so all she really does is disinfect and patch you up
>Best case scenario, she staunches bleeding and saves you, but you'll take weeks to recover
>Worst case scenario, she botches something by trying to stitch a wound or perform an emergency surgery, possibly costing your life or a limb
