I think Toby's main mission with DR is bringing back 2000's cultures back. So far Kriselle is doing a good job at bringing back emo angst and Krusie is going to super ignite a resurgence in tomboys (ACTUAL tomboys and not just generic animegirl with sportswear, like that rounchy girl from Recess)
