Kinda but she's also the loudest which means it's easy to overlook the other characters and think they're not as developed just because they're not as loud.
Like just yesterday I saw some idiot on /v/ trying to claim Kris is just a silent self-insert, something that was obviously not true at the end of chapter 1 let alone after 3+4.
