from what I saw, they seem to basically run comparably in the base game areas, with performance and picture quality edging out to the Switch 2.
In Phantom Liberty, namely Dogtown, both the Switch 2 and Steam Deck (on comparable medium-high settings) get around anywhere from 23-35 FPS depending on what's going on. The Steam Deck can kill picture quality with FSR and other settings to get like 33-40 FPS, but it looks real bad.
Honestly I dunno why you'd want to play 2077 on either machine this way. Just wait for handhelds to be able to run this thing properly.
