IV-Neutral (Nanashi takes Dagda's offer) > IVA Bonds
IV-Neutral (Nanashi takes Dagda's offer) > IVA Massacre

The focal character changes when Nanashi is introduced into the story. You're no longer playing as Flynn, you don't carry anything over from Flynn, it's a different game. Maybe you could have IVA only unlock after completing IV-Neutral, or doing something in the IV-Neutral route, but I think it's better to just let players choose which game to start and give a warning that IVA takes place late into IV, specifically in its Neutral route. The benefit of having it in one pack would maybe be having an overarching compendium and bonus features that you reward each other's games.
