There's also the fact that the Scripture of Miroku, in the very opening of the game no less, mentions that it is the Law of Creation in every version of the game, other than the original localized version of Maniax. Whether it's YHVH or Ahura Mazda or whatever who is in charge of the setting and put down the Scripture of Miroku is irrelevant; the Conception is objectively Lawful in this setting. Anyone claiming that Reasons are Chaos would have to be playing the neutered English release for the PS2 to think that. From the very beginning of the game it's clear that the Conception is Law, just not in the conventional sense.
