It's more like: "If you like every James Gunn movie before, you'll probably like it. It's not really a good Superman movie." James Gunn only knows how to do ensemble cast type movies. That' been abundantly clear. Mister Terrific steals the show over Superman who should be the star of his own movie. Also, dumb retcon of Kal'el's parents telling him to overtake Earth and breed with the women. I'm sure they'll retcon it in a later film but they didn't resolve it in this movie which I feel should've been more of a central focus on the film. Nature vs nurture.
